Creating an SMS campaign

Important: This information applies to the SMS Campaign Designer, which is now generally available for all accounts. It replaces the SMS Campaign Workbook.

This is the first step of creating an SMS campaign. In this step, you provide general campaign characteristics, such a campaign name and folder.

To create an SMS campaign:

1. On the side navigation bar, click Campaigns > Manage Campaigns, then click Create Campaign. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Side navigation bar changes topic.)
2. In the Create campaign dialog, select SMS/LMS.
3. Specify the general campaign characteristics. Learn more about these settings.
4. Click Done.
