Adding Users
Depending on how your account was set up, adding users may be done using Responsys or using Oracle Identity Cloud.
To determine the method to use, choose an option:

When you login in to Responsys, if you are shown the Responsys login page, go to Adding users using Reponsys.

When you login, if you are redirected to the Oracle Cloud login, go to Adding users using Identity Cloud.
Adding user seats for your account
By default, new accounts provisioned as of 22B or later have a capacity of 50 user seats.
To have the user seat limit increased for your account, create a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Support and provide the following information, replacing the bracketed prompts with your information:

Account / (include shortname): <account name/shortname as they appear in Oracle Responsys>

Login URL: <web address that you use to access the Oracle Responsys login page>

Request to increase user limit to <#users> for <accountname>.
