Follow the steps to complete initial tasks like setting up your environment, logging in, entering data, analyzing forms, and using reports. The checklists are organized by roles: Service Administrators, Power Users, Users, and Viewers.
Service Administrator
As a Service Administrator you are a technical leader. You create and administer FreeForm. For example, you can manage application security, create and migrate applications, and set up maintenance and backups.
Power User
As a Power User you are a department head or business unit manager in charge of a region. You manage several functional areas in FreeForm. For example, you can create reports, load data, and manage business rules.
User
As a User you are a planner or analyst. You enter data into forms and analyze them. For example, you can analyze forms using ad hoc features and create reports.
Viewer
As a Viewer you are an analyst or executive. For example, you can view and analyze data through forms and data access tools.
