Customers (Customers)

When enabled, a new Customers (Customers) workflow is available in the NetSuite Connector Mapping screen, which allows you to add Customers to NetSuite from OpenAir.

Important:

This feature is mutually exclusive with DEPRECATED — Enable 3-way Salesforce.com, NS OpenAir and NetSuite integration.

Note:

This box cannot be cleared if the Customers (Customers) export workflow is listed on the Mapping tab on the main NetSuite Connector page. To disable this workflow, first delete it in Administration > NetSuite Connector > Mapping.

The mapping row for the Country field is disabled by default. To enable it, click Settings and select Map country when exporting customers to NetSuite.

Note:

It is not possible to map the Country field manually.

Enabling the Customers (Customers) workflow also adds an Export to NetSuite option to each Customer form.

When the integration runs, it performs an Add request to NetSuite (in the same manner as DEPRECATED — Enable 3-way Salesforce.com, NS OpenAir and NetSuite integration) for each customer marked Export to NetSuite.

The Customers (Customers) workflow supports real-time export. You can set NetSuite Connector to export automatically new/existing project records created/updated in OpenAir to NetSuite when hitting Save on the Customer form.

Note:

A warning displays when users attempt to export manually an already integrated Customer record.
