Disable NetSuite service type filtering for services in NetSuite integration

Check this box to import items of all types from NetSuite into OpenAir as services if the Export to OpenAir box is checked on the NetSuite item record.

• When checked, OpenAir NetSuite Connector imports items of all types from NetSuite into OpenAir as services.

• Otherwise, OpenAir NetSuite Connector imports only service items (items of type “Service”).

By default, item records are imported from NetSuite into OpenAir if the following conditions are also met:

• The item Subtype is “For Sale” or “For Resale”. You can modify this behavior to disable this condition if you use NetSuite CRM — See Disable NetSuite item subtype filtering for services in NetSuite integration (for NetSuite CRM+ accounts only).

• The Export to OpenAir [custitem_oa_export_to_openair] box is checked on the item record in NetSuite. You can modify this behavior to import items even if the Export to OpenAir [custitem_oa_export_to_openair] box is not checked — See Disable Export to OpenAir filtering for services in NetSuite integration.
