Exporting a Single Record from OpenAir to NetSuite on Demand

You can run the integration manually to export a single OpenAir record to NetSuite on demand. You must be an OpenAir account administrator or have the “View and run the NetSuite integration” role permissions to do so.

Single record export on demand follows the field mapping and settings configured for the relevant integration workflow. See Adding and Managing Integration Workflows.

Single record export on-demand can be used with the following OpenAir record types. See the description integration workflows for any applicable restrictions.

• Invoices — See Invoices (Invoices) Export Workflow.

• Revenue Recognition Transactions — See Recognition Transactions (Revenue Recognition Transactions) Export Workflow.

• Customers — See Customers (Customers) Export Workflow.

To export a single record from OpenAir to NetSuite on demand:

1. In OpenAir, go to the record you want to export.

2. Click the Tips button then Export to NetSuite or Send to NetSuite.
