OpenAir is highly configurable. Account administrators can configure the company settings to tailor OpenAir according to company business processes. See the OpenAir Administration Guide for details.

OpenAir Professional Services can set the necessary configuration initially when your OpenAir account is deployed. If you decide to take advantage of additional functionality, you can create a support ticket and request for OpenAir Customer Support to enable any of the available optional features.
