Resource Demand Request (RDR)

The Resource Demand Request (RDR) optional feature lets you find and assign resources with specific sets of skills to your projects. To use the feature, first create a resource request, which acts as a folder for individual resource request queues. Resource request queues are searches for resources with specific characteristics, such as language proficiency, product knowledge, or job roles. You can then book resources from your resource requests, and download the information for later use. For more information, see the following help topics:

Resource request records support custom fields — See Custom Fields. Custom fields associated with resource requests are automatically visible in the resource request queues list view and available for the resource request queues detail report.
