Run Leave Accruals

The Run leave accrual form provides you, the account administrator, with the ability to run the defined Leave Accrual rules on demand or have them scheduled to be run on a regular basis. When you set up the leave accrual rules, you determine how running leave accruals impacts leave accrual balances. Draw-down transactions are created by the run leave accruals action if the rules have defined this as the method to create the transactions. Otherwise, approved timesheets automatically create the transactions so draw-downs and balances are current.

To Run leave accruals:

  1. Go to Administration > Application Settings > Timesheets and select the link to Run leave accruals. The Run leave accrual form provides the ability to run defined Leave Accrual rules on demand or have them scheduled to be run on a regular basis.
