Get started with assigning access
Access profiles group permission sets so administrators can give internal users the pages and actions required for their work. Assign one or more profiles while inviting a user or later through Edit access, and review the included permission sets to avoid granting broader access than the person’s responsibilities require.
QuickStart provides the following access profiles:

Administrator
-
Full business access
-
Accountant
-
Operations
-
Sales rep
You can assign one or more profiles when inviting an internal user or later by selecting Edit access from the user’s row action menu. The access setup shows which permission sets are included by the selected profiles.
Only a user with the administrator access profile can invite internal users or change their access.
