Cancel a subscription
Cancel an active subscription from its More actions menu when billing and usage must stop permanently. Cancellation changes the subscription to Canceled, removes its future charges and Future payments tab, prevents further edits or usage, and creates an invoice for accumulated unbilled in-arrears usage. The action cannot be undone.
Before you begin
Review the subscription’s Invoices, Future payments, and Usage tabs. If an in-arrears subscription has accumulated unbilled usage, canceling it creates an invoice for that usage.
Cancel the subscription

Open the subscription.

Select More actions > Cancel subscription.

Review the confirmation message.

Select Yes to cancel the subscription.
What happens next
- The subscription status changes to Canceled.
- The subscription can no longer be edited, and usage can no longer be added or imported.
- All future charges are deleted, and the Future payments tab is no longer available on the canceled subscription.
- Accumulated unbilled usage is finalized as an invoice. The invoice appears on the Invoices tab.
Important limitation
Canceling a subscription cannot be undone.
