Create a package type
Create package types in Menu > Products and services > Settings > Shipping > Package types for boxes or other packaging that your company uses repeatedly. The saved package type becomes available on item fulfillments. QuickStart uses inches for dimensions and pounds for weight.
- Open Menu > Products and services > Settings > Shipping.
- Select Package types.
- Select Create package type.
- Enter a unique package Name.
- Enter the Length (in), Width (in), and Height (in).
- Optionally enter the Maximum Weight (lbs).
- Select Create.
The package type becomes available in the Fulfillment packages section of item fulfillments. Enter the actual package weight when preparing a shipment.
