Generate shipping labels with ShipStation API
Generate a label from a submitted item fulfillment that uses an integrated shipping method and contains complete package information. Open Menu > Products and services > Fulfillments > Item fulfillments.
Before you begin
Register with ShipStation API, synchronize an integrated carrier account, and use its shipping method on the sales order. The fulfillment needs valid ship-from and ship-to addresses and at least one package with weight and dimensions.
Generate a label
- Open Menu > Products and services > Fulfillments > Item fulfillments.
- Open the item fulfillment.
- Select Edit.
- In Fulfillment packages, open the actions menu for the package.
- Select Generate label.
- After generation completes, open the package actions menu and select Print label.
To cancel an unused label, edit the fulfillment, open the same package actions menu, and select Void label. Confirm that the void succeeds before creating a replacement.
