Accounting reports
Accounting reports provide financial statements, summaries, and transaction-level detail about your company’s performance and position. Use them to review balances, general ledger activity, income, cash flow, taxes, receivables aging, 1099 payments, and bank reconciliation results, then drill into or export the supporting information available for each report.
Open Menu > Reports, enter a report name in Search by report or description, press Enter, and select the report. You can also select Accounting in the Business area search criterion or group the results by business area.
Available reports include:
- Balance sheet and Balance sheet detail
- Income statement, Income statement detail, Cash basis income statement, and Cash basis income statement detail
- Cash flow statement, Trial balance, General ledger, and Transaction list
- Accounts receivable aging detail by period and Accounts receivable aging summary by period
- Account Reconciliation Report
- 1099-NEC summary report, Sales tax analysis, and Tax liability
