What kind of things can I ask?

Note:

Words in some examples in the following table are enclosed in quotation marks. Using quotation marks in your queries is not required and not always necessary. However, in some instances, using quotation marks can yield more focused results, especially for concepts made up of more than one word, such as "approval process" or "API limits".

Is there a limit on how many queries can I submit?

Each user can submit up to 1000 queries (requests) within 30 days. If a user submits more than this limit, NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers will not respond with a summary.

Do I have to ask a question?

Submitting a question is good, because it gives NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers the context around what kind of information you seek. However, asking in the form of a question isn't required. What is required to activate NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers is that you submit at least three (3) words.

The more words you use to provide context, the better the results you can expect. Entering a phrase that is between three and seven words usually gives good results.

Note:

If you're not asking a question, you may want to enclose your phrase or keywords inside quotation marks to obtain the best results.

Is there a limit to how long my query can be?

The query limit is 255 characters. However, that's a lot of characters, equivalent to about 35 words in a three-sentence paragraph. You may see better results with a shorter, more focused query.

The summary answer does not seem correct, why not?

You may see Generative AI mentioned everywhere in the news these days. NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers uses Oracle's Generative AI (GenAI) service. Be aware that GenAI is still new and experimental. Sometimes the quality of the generated answer is less than desired. You should always verify the information in the summary you receive. We're constantly enhancing how NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers responds. You can help improve the answers by submitting your feedback.

How can I submit feedback on the summary I received?

Click the thumbs-up icon Thumbs Up feedback icon if you liked the summary.

If you want to send feedback, click the thumbs-down icon Thumbs Down feedback icon. Enter your comments in the text box to let us know what's missing and click Submit.

I have good luck with my keyword searches. Can I enter keywords in the search box?

Yes, you can still perform keyword searches in SuiteAnswers. NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers isn't activated if you only enter one or two words in the search bar. Your one-or-two keyword search will not return a generated summary. To activate NetSuite Expert, enter three or more words, as keywords (perhaps inside quotation marks) or ask in the form of a question.

Will NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers understand my question if I make some spelling or grammar mistakes?

NetSuite Expert in SuiteAnswers can handle a few mistakes in your query. You can use contractions and generally accepted industry terms. However, if you receive a non-answer response, try rephrasing your query. Correct any spelling mistakes if you can.

Can I ask questions in a language other than English?

To receive the best results, you should ask your question or enter a phrase only in English.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

You can ask the same question multiple times, and the AI Summary may vary slightly with each response. However, you can't really ask a follow-up question, because NetSuite Expert doesn't retain any memory of your previous query or queries.
