Managing NetSuite Next Access by Role
This topic describes functionality available to users eligible for NetSuite Next. NetSuite Next is being made available to customers in phases, so these features may not yet be available in your account. You'll receive in-app notifications when your account is eligible for NetSuite Next.
Use the Manage Access to NetSuite Next page to manage NetSuite Next access for eligible roles in your account.
Only users with the Administrator role can access the Manage Access to NetSuite Next page.
For each eligible role, you can choose one of the following access settings:

NetSuite Next only - Users can only use NetSuite Next. Their environment will switch to NetSuite Next the next time they log in.

Optional - Users can switch between the current version of NetSuite and NetSuite Next.

Blocked - Users continue to use the current version of NetSuite and cannot access NetSuite Next.
You can update access settings for individual roles or multiple roles at the same time.
Roles with following center types are not eligible for NetSuite Next:

Advanced Partner Center

Customer Center
-
Employee Center
-
Partner Center
-
Vendor Center
