Managing AI Preferences

If you're a user with the Administrator role, you can use the AI Preferences page to set up your company's AI preferences. The AI Preferences page has a tab for each AI feature that you can manage.

Note:

The AI Preferences page is only available for accounts where NetSuite supports generative AI or has Intelligent Recommendations.
