Managing Agent Preferences

If you're a user with the Administrator role, you can use the Agent Preferences page to set up your company's AI preferences. The Agent Preferences page has a tab for each AI feature that you can manage.

To view NetSuite AI Units capacity and usage for your account, see NetSuite AI Units usage dashboard.

Note:

The Agent Preferences page is only available for accounts where NetSuite supports generative AI or has Intelligent Recommendations.
