Generative AI Feature Availability in NetSuite

Several factors affect whether generative AI features are available in your NetSuite account. These include:

• Whether Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI service is set up for NetSuite in your region

• What languages the large language models (LLMs) used by NetSuite features can support

• Your company's account settings

• Your user role and permissions

The following table provides details about regional and language availability for NetSuite Generative AI features.

For Text Enhance, the language set in one's user preferences can affect the choices available to NetSuite users. For Text Enhance Translations, Text Enhance must also be enabled. Languages available for Text Enhance Translations can be changed by a user with an Administrator role.
