Generative AI Feature Availability in NetSuite

Several factors affect whether generative AI features are available in your NetSuite account. These include:

Whether Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI service is set up for NetSuite in your region
What languages the large language models (LLMs) used by NetSuite features can support
Your company's account settings
Your user role and permissions

The following tables provide details about regional and language availability for NetSuite Generative AI features.

Enriched Bank Data: see Enriched Bank Data for Transaction Matching.	Everywhere	All system-supported NetSuite languages. See System-Supported Languages and Choosing a Language for Your NetSuite User Interface for more information.	The feature is enabled by default. Only applies to bank transaction imports completed for matching and reconciliation, not other financial data. Requires the same permissions needed to access the Match Bank Data page and to import bank data. For details, see Permissions for Banking Features. Enriched matching is subject to a per-run limit (up to 10,000 transactions per reconciliation rule run). Users can re-run reconciliation rules to continue matching if that limit is exceeded.
