Customer 360 Narrative Insights

The Customer 360 Narrative Insights feature provides an instant, comprehensive summary of your recent customer communications, sales, and more. Narrative Insights uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to create a context-rich summary so that you can extract actionable intelligence from business data to expedite decision-making.

To generate Customer 360 Narrative Insights, the Enable Narrative Insights and the Enable Customer 360 Narrative Insights settings must be enabled. These preferences are enabled by default. To verify or change these settings, administrators can go to Setup > Company > AI Preferences > Narrative Insights. To generate the Customer 360 Narrative Insights

  1. Verify that the Enable Narrative Insights and Enable Customer 360 Narrative Insights preferences are enabled.

  2. Open the Customer 360 View on your customer record. To access Customer 360, open a customer record and click View Customer 360 in the top right corner.

  3. In the top right corner, click Generate Insight. A pop-up window with your AI-generated insights will appear.
