Subscription Metrics

The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp helps you track key metrics, such as annual recurring revenue (ARR), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), churn, retention, and bookings in NetSuite. You can view live dashboards, apply filters, and generate detailed reports to manage and analyze your subscription-based services.

The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp includes three dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into subscription performance.

Use this guide to get started with the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp:

1. Check prerequisites - Ensure you have NetSuite 2025.2 or higher, OneWorld account, and Subscription Metric Reporting & Advanced Billing features enabled.

   If you need currency conversion, enable the Multi-Currency and Currency Exchange Rate Type features.

2. Install the SuiteApp- Go to the SuiteApp Marketplace, search for Subscription Metrics, and click Install.

3. Set up permissions - Verify the required permissions for your roles to access and use the dashboards.

4. Set Subscription Metrics fields - Set the subscription related fields on your item and service records.

5. Open your dashboard - Go to the Subscription Metrics tab and select the dashboard you want to view.

6. Explore your data - Apply filters to analyze the key business metrics you want.
