Subscription Metrics

The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp lets you track key metrics like Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), churn, retention, and bookings in NetSuite with live dashboards, filters, and detailed reports.

The SuiteApp is designed to help users manage and analyze their subscription-based services. It includes three key dashboards such as the Subscription Metrics Dashboard, which provide comprehensive insights into subscription performance.

Use this guide to get started with the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp:

  1. Check the prerequisites - Ensure you have NetSuite 2025.2 or higher, OneWorld account, and Subscription Metric Reporting & Advanced Billing features enabled.

    If you need currency conversion, enable the Multi-Currency and Currency Exchange Rate Type features. For more information, see Prerequisites and Post-Installation Tasks for Subscription Metrics SuiteApp.

  2. Install the SuiteApp- Go to the SuiteApp Marketplace, search for Subscription Metrics, and click Install.

  3. Set up permissions - Verify the required permissions for your roles to access and use the dashboards.

  4. Enable Subscription Metrics - Enable Subscription Metrics on your item and service records.

  5. Open your dashboard - Go to the Subscription Metrics tab.

  6. Explore your data - Apply filters to analyze the key business metrics you want.
