Prerequisites and Post-Installation Tasks for Subscription Metrics SuiteApp

To use the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp, complete the following requirements before and after installation:

Before installation:

• Use NetSuite 2025.2 or higher.

• Use a OneWorld account.

After installation:

1. Rename SaaS Metrics records to Subscription Metrics.

   To rename the SaaS Metric records:

   1. Go to Setup > Company > Rename Records/Transactions.

   2. In the Name for SaaS Metric field, enter Subscription Metrics.

   3. Click Save.

2. Enable the following features in this order:

   • Advanced Billing

   • Subscription Metrics Reporting

   To enable the required features:

   1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

   2. Perform the following:

      1. On the Transactions tab, in the Billing section, check the Advanced Billing box.

      2. On the Analytics tab, in the Subscription Metrics section, check the Subscription Metrics Reporting box.

   3. Click Save.

3. If currency conversion is required, enable the Multi-Currency and Currency Exchange Rate Type features.
