Configuring SaaS Metrics Fields on Item or Service Item Records
To track SaaS metrics for specific items or services, configure the following fields on each item or service item record.
If you have a large number of items, enable SaaS Metrics for items in small batches. This will help prevent system performance issues.

SaaS Metric Tracking - Check this box to include items or service items recurring revenue in SaaS metrics when used in subscriptions or transactions (such as sales orders, cash sales, or invoices).

Sass Metric Start Date - Enter the date when tracking for SaaS metrics should begin for this item. Only transactions or subscriptions with a start date on or after this date will be included in SaaS metrics.

SaaS Metric End Date - Enter the date when tracking for SaaS metrics should end for this item. Transactions or subscriptions with a start date after this date will not be included in SaaS metrics. This information is optional.
