The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp lets you track, analyze, and report on essential recurring revenue metrics with interactive dashboards. It's built for subscription companies using NetSuite who want to drive growth and improve business performance.

The SuiteApp uses the Subscription Metric Reporting feature to automatically calculate the impact of new business, upsells, downsells, and churn on your transactions and subscriptions. For more information, see SaaS Metric Reporting.

The SuiteApp includes three dashboards, each focused on a key area of subscription business health:

To get started, install and set up the SuiteApp. For instructions on configuring default exchange rate type, period profile, and other initial settings, see Setting Up KPI Formulas and Preferences.

After the setup is complete, access the dashboards to explore metrics, drill into details, and export data for further analysis.
