Working with the Revenue Metrics Dashboard
The Revenue Metrics dashboard provides a centralized view of key recurring revenue metrics, including MRR, ARR, and customer growth. Interactive charts and drill-down features help you analyze revenue trends and drivers. Use these tools for better forecasting and decision-making.
Employees with the required permissions in the Accounting, Classic, Executive, and Sales centers can access the dashboard. For a list of required permissions, see Assigning Roles and Permissions for Subscription Metrics.
Revenue Metrics Dashboard Features
On the dashboard, you can do the following:

View real-time revenue KPIs - Instantly view MRR, ARR, bookings, and revenue as interactive dashboard tiles.

Analyze trends and compare periods - Compare metrics across months, quarters, or years with automatic variance calculations and visual indicators.

Drill down and export - Click KPI amounts to access transaction-level details. Export reports to CSV for further analysis.

Use custom filters and role-based access - Filter data by metric, subsidiary, customer, item, location, class, department, and date range. Data visibility is based on your role and permissions.

Explore advanced visualizations - Use interactive charts,including MRR and ARR bridge charts and KPI scorecards, to analyze trends and revenue drivers.
Accessing the Revenue Metrics Dashboard
Your access to dashboard data depends on your role's access to subsidiaries and transactions. Metrics use the fiscal calendar assigned to your accessible subsidiaries. Amounts are shown in your lowest common parent company's base currency.
To access the dashboard, go to Subscription Metrics > Revenue Metrics > View.
