Viewing Revenue KPIs

A KPI scorecard is a strategic tool that provides business leaders with a clear, real-time view of KPIs related to revenue and growth.

By consolidating critical metrics such as MRR, ARR, and customer growth, the scorecard enables informed, data-driven decisions that drive business performance.

Revenue KPI Scorecard Key Components

  • Data sources - Subscriptions, contracts, and billing information from NetSuite.

  • Visualization - KPI tiles (ARR and MRR Recurring Revenue, Bookings, Growth Rate, and Customer Growth Rate). Summary tables showing KPI values, variance, and percentage variance.

  • Filters - Metric (ARR or MRR), subsidiary, customer, item, department, class, and location.

  • Reporting periods - Period and comparison period to analyze and compare results. To set up the period and comparison period, see Setting the Comparison Period.
