The Recurring Revenue Trend by Subsidiary portlet helps you track recurring revenue for each subsidiary. The portlet displays trends over time, so you can spot changes and patterns. It lets you compare subsidiaries and identify which ones are growing or need attention.

Subsidiary Recurring Revenue Trend Graph Key Components

The subsidiary recurring revenue trend graph includes the following key components:

  • Data sources - Revenue Metrics dashboard, subsidiary, subscription, and billing data from NetSuite.

  • Visualization - Bar chart with unique colors for each subsidiary, showing revenue trends over time. The Y-axis displays revenue amounts, and the X-axis shows the selected period.

  • Subsidiary comparison - Select individual or multiple subsidiaries for side-by-side analysis and direct performance comparison.

  • Filters - Metric (ARR or MRR), customer, item, department, class, and location.

  • Reporting periods - Monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

To view the subsidiary trend graph:

  1. Go to Subscription Metrics > Revenue Metrics > View.

  2. From the Metric filter, select ARR or MRR.

  3. (Optional) Apply filters to refine results.

  4. Select the duration, start period, and end period you want to review.

  5. Review the chart to compare recurring revenue trends across subsidiaries.
