Working with the Unit Economics Dashboard

The Unit Economics Dashboard shows you the real cost and value of each customer. You can view key numbers such as acquisition cost, customer value, and sales efficiency in one place. The dashboard uses KPI scorecards, trend graphs, bar charts, and bridge charts to present metrics clearly.

Use this dashboard to spot rising costs, compare customer value, and find your best sales channels. Make informed decisions about pricing, spending, and growth. Employees with the required permissions can access the dashboard in the Accounting, Classic, Executive, and Sales centers. Your data stays secure with role-based permissions.

For details, see Assigning Roles and Permissions for Subscription Metrics.
