Prerequisites for IRPJ and CSLL Assessment

Ensure that the transactions you enter in NetSuite meet these criteria for inclusion in the IRPJ and CSLL assessment:

Transaction type	Invoice
Calculated taxes	IRRF CSRF
Certified e-document number	Required
Date	For IRPJ, the RPS date For CSLL withheld on an accrual basis, the RPS date For CSLL withheld on a cash basis, the invoice or installment payment date Important: NetSuite uses the Type of Date parameter type to identify whether the CRSF was withheld on certification or payment. E-document category	Electronic invoice for services
E-document status	Certified
