Editing an Assembly Build or Unbuild Transaction
You can update details of an assembly build or unbuild transaction in response to changes in your production process as well as find information about those transactions.
To learn information about an assembly build transactions, go to Transactions > Manufacturing > Build Assemblies > List. Click Edit next to an assembly build. A Related Records subtab displays a list of all related Assembly Unbuilds. If applicable, a new Unbuilt field is also displayed, showing the total quantity unbuilt from all Assembly Unbuilds created from this Assembly Build. You can change the Quantity to Build.
Quantity to Build cannot be below the quantity already unbuilt. For assembly builds related to the same Work Order, the value can be reduced. However, the total Quantity to Build of all assembly builds related to the work order must not be lower than the total Unbuilt quantity. Total Built and Unbuilt quantities are visible on the parent Work Order and in Manufacturing Transaction Dataset in Analytics.

You cannot unbuild more than the quantity previously built. For standalone assembly builds, the unbuild quantity cannot exceed Built quantity of the assembly build. For assembly builds related to the same Work Order, the Quantity to Unbuild cannot exceed the total Built quantity of all assembly builds associated with the work order.
