Schedule Board Layout

FSM Schedule Board is designed around four core areas:

1. Board (calendar grid)

   • Displays a time window with resources in rows and dates across columns.

   • Tasks appear as rectangular elements with labels and status icons, and can be single-day or multi-day.

2. Resources list (left side)

   • Resources are employees, vendors, or other NetSuite entity records you can assign work to.

   • Resources display an avatar (image or initials) and may show an online status indicator when they've recently used FSM Mobile.

3. Map (optional panel)

   Displays the location of resources, assigned tasks, and unassigned tasks for the currently-selected date range.

4. Extension panels (filters and task lists)

   Collapsible panels that let you filter which resources and tasks display on the board and map.
