Field Service Management Schedule Board

The Field Service Management (FSM) Schedule Board helps schedulers (dispatchers) plan and manage work using a calendar-style board to view resources and time-based work items. It also includes map and filtering tools.

Schedule Board Supported Browsers and Device Requirements

FSM Schedule Board is supported on the latest tested versions of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Apple Safari

FSM Schedule Board is designed for non-touch devices with a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. It won't work as expected on touch-enabled devices like tablets and smartphones. Schedule Board is accessed through NetSuite and requires a NetSuite license to view, plus a Full NetSuite license to use drag-and-drop features.

Accessing the Schedule Board

You can access FSM Schedule Board from the Field Service tab in your NetSuite account.

To open the Schedule Board, go to Field Service > Scheduler > Run.
