Processing Receivable Payments for Brazil

After you create transactions that contain banking integration information, the transactions and their installments become available to be processed.

Processing your receivable payments with the Brazil Banking Integration SuiteApp enables you to:

To process receivable payments for Brazil:

  1. Go to Transactions > Bank > A/R Automation for Brazil > New.

    The Accounts Receivable Automation for Brazil page opens.

  2. In the Subsidiary field, select the subsidiary for which you want to process receivable payments.

  3. In the Bank Account Details field, select the bank account associated with the receivable payments.

  4. In the Period field, select the start and end date

  5. In the Type of Operation field, select the type of operation you want to perform with the receivable.

    • Receivable Creation – To create and register bank slips or Pix payments.

    • Receivable Due Date Change – To change the due date of registered Pix payments.

    • Receivable Write-off – To cancel registered bank slips or Pix payments.

  6. In the Payment Method field, select one or more payment methods associated with the receivable payments.

  7. In the Number of Results per Page field, select the maximum number of transactions or installments you want NetSuite to display per page.

    By default, NetSuite shows 100 results at a time.

  8. Click Search.

    NetSuite populates the table on the page with the matching transactions and installments.

  9. Check the box next to each transaction or installment you want to process.

    Tip:

    To select all the transactions and installments listed on a page, check the box on the table header.

  10. To add or edit fine and interest amounts for late payments, do the following:

    1. Find the transaction or installment for which you want to add or edit the fine and interest amounts.

    2. In the Fine column, enter a fine rate.

    3. In the Interest column, enter an interest rate.

    4. Click OK.

  11. Click Process.

    An A/R automation batch record opens. You can check the progress of the integration of the operations for the receivables on this page.

  12. Refresh the page to update the Status field.

    Continue refreshing the page until the status is one of the following:

    • Integration Completed

    • Failed Integration

  13. If the status is Failed Integration, do the following:

    1. Click the Operations subtab.

    2. Review the content of the Details column of the operations with the Failed Integration status.
