Defining Bank Slip and Pix Settings for Brazil
To receive payments through bank slips and Pix with the Brazil Banking Integration SuiteApp, define the settings to generate these payment instruments with NetSuite.
To define bank slip and Pix settings for Brazil:

Go to Setup > Brazil Banking Integration > Bank Account Details.

Next to the bank account you want, click View.

Define bank slip settings.

Click the Bank Slip Settings subtab.

In the Agreement Number field, enter the number of the agreement with the bank, which enables you to register the bank slips.

In the Beneficiary Code field, enter the beneficiary code associated with the bank account.

In the Bank Security Type field, enter the code that identifies the type of bank security that the bank slip represents.

In the Current Nosso Número field, enter the number that should be assigned to the next bank slip you generate.

If you've never generated bank slips with your bank agreement, enter 1.

If you've already generated bank slips with your bank agreement, enter the number following the Nosso Número assigned to the last bank slip you generated.

In the Billing Portfolio field, enter the code that identifies the billing portfolio with which you want to register bank slips.

In the Billing Portfolio Variation field, enter the variation code for the billing portfolio you entered in the Billing Portfolio field.

In the Billing Method field, enter the code that identifies the billing method of the bank slip.

To protest the bank slip when it's past due, in the Days Until Protest field, enter the number of days after the due date to enforce the protest.

To make a negative entry on the payer's credit report when they don't pay a bank slip, do the following:

In the Days Until Negative Credit Report Entry field, enter the number of days after the bank slip's due date to make the negative entry.

In the Credit Bureau field, enter the code that identifies the credit bureau to which to make the negative credit report entry.

To accept payments for the bank slip after its due date, do the following:

Check the Accept Overdue Payment box.

In the Days for Accepting Overdue Payment field, enter the number of days after the due date to continue accepting the payment of the bank slip.

To enable the payment of a part of the total amount of the bank slip, check the Receive Partial Payment box.

To print guidelines about the payment in the body of your bank slips, in the Bank Slips Instructions field, enter the instructions you want to include.

To apply fines on late payments, in the Days Until Fine field, enter the number of days after the due date to enforce the fine.

To enable the payment of the bank slip through Pix, check the Include Pix QR Code in the Bank Slip box.

To set the Aceite field in the bank slip to A, which stands for accepted, check the Set as Accepted box.
In bank slips, the Aceite (Acceptance) field indicates if the payer accepted the bank slip, recognizing it as their liability. If the box is clear, the field is set to N, which stands for not accepted.

If you generate and send bank slip files and want to save the files to a File Cabinet folder other than the default, in the Bank Slip Folder field, enter the internal ID of the File Cabinet folder.
By default, NetSuite saves bank slip files to the A/R Payment Instruments folder in your File Cabinet. This folder is restricted to the Employees With Access to A/R Payment Instruments group of users. You can also edit the group to enable other users to access the bank slips. For more information, see Providing Access to the A/R Payment Instruments Folder.

If you generate and send bank slip files, in the Bank Slip Email Template field, enter the internal ID of the template file in your File Cabinet.
For more information about viewing internal IDs, see Showing Record and Field IDs in Your Account. Brazil Banking Integration provides a standard email template. You can use this template as it is, or you can create your customized template. For more information, see Customizing Bank Slip and Email Templates for Brazil.
Note:NetSuite sends the message to the email address set in the customer record. For more information, see Creating a Customer Record.

Define Pix settings.

Click the Pix Settings subtab.

In the Interest Method for Pix field, enter the code that identifies the method with which NetSuite should accrue interest on late Pix payments.

To send Pix QR codes to your customer's email, do the following:

Check the Send Pix QR Code Through Email box.

In the Pix Email Template field, enter the internal ID of the template file in your File Cabinet.
