Reviewing the Cash Flow Report
The Cash Flow Report form shows the net cash flow (inflow and outflow) by Subsidiary for Actual and open Forecast periods. Cash flow comes from operating, investing and financing activities. Use this form to review Actual and projected Forecast trends for operating cash flow to see if the Forecast is realistic and meets your company's goals. Analyze the Investing and Financing sections of the Cash Flow Report to make sure that they also align with your company's expectations. Finally, assess the end-of-month cash position for projected periods to see if the projections make sense.

To review the Cash Flow Report:

From the Home page, go to Financials > Cash Flow.

Click Cash Flow Report at the bottom of the page.

In the Point of View, choose a Version, Subsidiary, and Currency member.

(Optional) To refresh the form with the latest Forecast values, right-click the data grid and select All Accts Bud Data Refresh.

All the activities on the report are calculated by using formulas. To see the formula for a row, click the Member Formula icon
next to the activity.

Click Close when you're done with the Member Formula window.

Review the cash flow values to determine if the Budget looks realistic, aligns with your company's expectations, and if projections make sense.
