Setting Up Currencies for the Exchange Rates Import

After you set up the Banxico integration, configure the currencies for which you want to import exchange rates.

Important:

If you use other exchange rate integrations with NetSuite, don't configure more than one integration to import rates for the same currency.

To set up a currency for exchange rates import:

  1. Go to Setup > Mexico Complementary Features > Banxico Exchange Rates.

  2. Next to the Banxico exchange rates integration record, click View.

  3. Click the Currencies subtab.

  4. Click New Banxico Currency Mapping.

    The system opens a new Banxico currency mapping record.

  5. In the Currency field, select the currency for which you want to import exchange rates.

    If the currency you want isn't listed, create a currency record for it. For more information, see Creating Currency Records.

  6. In the Banxico Series ID field, enter the Banxico series ID for the selected currency.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Repeat these steps for each currency for which you want to import exchange rates.
