Creating Additional Information Presets

Create additional information presets to add more details about transactions in the e-documents you generate with NetSuite.
The system populates the preset text in the Additional Information field from transaction records. For more information, see Generating Electronic Invoices for Brazil.
Brazil Localization also comes with a list of additional information preset records by default.
To create an additional information preset:

Go to Setup > Brazil Localization > Additional Information Preset > New.

In the Name field, enter a name for this additional information preset.

In the Additional Information field, enter any relevant information you want to have as an option to include on electronic invoices.
For example, you can include information about payment terms, discounts, tax credits, tax benefits, or legal details.

In the SPED Code field, enter the code associated with this type of additional information in the Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital (SPED) system.
The code can have up to 6 characters, between letters and numbers. Special characters aren't supported.

Click Save.
