Inventory Optimization Segmentation Dataset
The Inventory Optimization Segmentation Dataset shows stored results from Calculate Inventory Segmentation, including assigned segments, calculation values, and details about each run. Results cover items and item-location combinations. The Inventory Optimization Segmentation Workbook uses this dataset.
To customize the standard dataset, use Save As to create a copy. For more information, see Defining a Dataset.

Dataset Configuration
Consider the following information before you use or customize the dataset:

Enable Inventory Optimization before using the dataset. For instructions, see Enabling Inventory Optimization.

Your role needs the SuiteAnalytics Workbook permission at the Edit level and the Inventory Optimization permission at the View level or higher.

The standard dataset and workbook must be shared with your role.

Item, location, subsidiary, class, and department restrictions determine which rows you can view.

If expected rows aren't visible, verify sharing, permissions, and restrictions. Then confirm that Calculate Inventory Segmentation processed the expected items.

For item-level segmentation, Location and Item Location are blank.

For item-location segmentation, those fields identify the applicable location context.

SuiteAnalytics doesn't recalculate the stored values.
