Included AI Unit allocations
NetSuite AI Units are included with the following eligible licenses:

NetSuite General Access Cloud Service User: 1,000 NetSuite AI Units for each month of the subscription term

NetSuite Social Impact Cloud Service User: 1,000 NetSuite AI Units for each month of the subscription term

NetSuite Social Impact Donation for SuiteSuccess three-user bundle: 3,000 NetSuite AI Units for each month of the subscription term

NetSuite Sandbox Environment Cloud Service: A separate AI Unit pool equal to the number of NetSuite AI Units licensed for the connected production account

NetSuite Development Environment Cloud Service: A separate pool of 10,000 NetSuite AI Units for each month of the subscription term
For eligible user licenses, the monthly amount is multiplied by the number of months in the applicable subscription term. The full-term allowance is then provisioned upfront and may be used at any time during that term. It does not replenish monthly. For example, a customer with 10 eligible General Access users and a 36-month term would receive 360,000 NetSuite AI Units for use during the term.
