FSM Mobile Feature Limitations
This topic describes Field Service Management (FSM) Mobile limitations for authentication, file uploads, NetSuite features, and offline testing.

Authentication in FSM Mobile
FSM Mobile does not support single sign-on (SSO).
File and Image Upload Formats
FSM Mobile supports JPG, PNG, JPEG, GIF, and BMP images.
Files uploaded through a file type field are recognized in the File Cabinet. For more information, see File Types Recognized in the File Cabinet.
Expense Receipts and Enhanced File Security
FSM Mobile does not support receipt uploads when the Enhanced File Security feature is enabled.
Inventory Status and Consumables
The Field Service Consumables record and the Consumables tab, labeled Inventory by default, do not support the Inventory Status feature. When Inventory Status is enabled, you cannot use the Consumables record or tab.
Offline Testing with the Mobile Emulator
The mobile emulator in NetSuite does not fully reproduce FSM Mobile offline behavior.
To test or troubleshoot offline behavior, click Email Mobile Login on the employee record, then open the link in the email.
