This release of the Planning and Budgeting Sync SuiteApp introduces the following new features and enhancements:

You can check the Use Entered URL to Verify Inbound Connections box to verify that the correct Planning and Budgeting application connects to NetSuite. See step 4 in Setting Up the Connection to Planning and Budgeting.

You no longer need to manually add the customsearch_nspb_ prefix for saved searches and the custdataset_nspb_ prefix for datasets to the allowlist in NetSuite EPM Connector. The SuiteApp now adds these prefixes automatically when you create default saved searches and datasets. See Data Source Allowlist.

You can use NSPB SuitePeople - Saved Searches to load data and metadata from NetSuite into your Planning and Budgeting. These saved searches were previously included in the NSPB-SuitePeople Sync SuiteApp. See NSPB SuitePeople - Saved Searches.

You can view NetSuite SuitePeople payroll data loaded into your Planning and Budgeting, grouped and summed by workforce categories. See Viewing NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll Data by Category.

Data Load Rule jobs are now called Data Integration jobs.

Options for Relative period selection in Data Integration jobs, Group jobs, and Pipeline jobs are renamed from 'month' to 'period'. The following has changed:

You can write SuiteQL queries to load transaction data and metadata from NetSuite to your Planning and Budgeting.

You can schedule and run pipeline jobs from NetSuite.

For Planning and Budgeting Financials, the following has changed:

The default batch jobs have been replaced by pipeline jobs that provide the same functionality. See Setting Up Default Configurations for Planning and Budgeting Financials.

Based on the available features in the NetSuite account you log in to, the NSEPM Implementer and NSPB Integration roles are automatically pre-populated with the required permissions during the SuiteApp installation.
