Adding Other Federal Registration Numbers to ECD Files

If you generate ECD files, you can include additional federal registration numbers in your file's 0007 record. NetSuite supports the inclusion of registration numbers assigned by the following federal institutions:

• Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT)

• Banco Central do Brasil (BACEN)

• Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM)

• Superintendência de Seguros Privados (Susep)

• Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE)

To add other federal registration numbers:

1. Go to Setup > Brazil Reports > Other Registration for ECD > New.

   NetSuite opens a new other federal registration number record.

2. In the Subsidiary field, select the subsidiary associated with the registration number.

3. In the Institution field, select the federal institution in which the subsidiary is registered.

4. In the Federal Registration Number field, enter the federal registration number assigned to the subsidiary by the selected institution.

5. Click Save.

   Repeat these steps to add all federal registration numbers you want to include in ECD files.
