Sales Order Renewals
The Sales Order Renewals SuiteApp enables you to automate the renewal of sales orders or renew them manually whenever needed.
The SuiteApp provides the Sales Order Renewals custom transaction form that you can display or make available on sales orders or other transaction forms. The custom form contains fields and controls for renewing sales orders, including the Renew SO Automatically box that you can check to enable automatic SO renewal. Other fields included on the custom form are Renewal Price, Uplift Percentage, Renewal Of, Renewed Order, and Renewal in Days Before Expiry.
After installing the SuiteApp, you can start setting up renewals of newly created sales orders or existing ones.
Sales order renewal can be processed through either batch, automatically on schedule, or manually by clicking the Create Renewal button.
The SuiteApp supports the Multiple Currencies feature and the Multi-Subsidiary Customer feature.
You can't renew sales orders with Canceled status and those with subscription.
Note: The Sales Order Renewals SuiteApp is not compatible with the Contract Renewals SuiteApp. If you want to use either one, you must uninstall the other.
