Including Japan Localization Custom Fields on Custom Customer Forms
You can add Japan Localization custom forms on custom customer forms by following these steps.
To include Japan Localization custom fields on a custom customer form:

Go to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.

Click the Edit link of the custom customer form to which you want to add the field.

Click the Fields subtab.

Click the Japan Localization subtab.

Check the Show box of these fields, and select Normal in the Display column:

Due Date Adjustment

-
Click Save.
