Scheduling Script Deployments for Planning and Budgeting Sync

To execute Data Exchange jobs in NetSuite, the Planning and Budgeting Sync SuiteApp uses the following script deployments:

NSPB-X | MR Start Scheduled Jobs	customdeploy_nspb_mr_start_sched_jobs	mr_start_scheduled_jobs.js
NSPB-X | SS Check Job Progress	customdeploy_nspb_ss_chk_job_progress	ss_check_job_progress.js
NSPB-X | SS Check/Generate OAuth Token	customdeploy_nspb_ss_chk_oauth_token	ss_check_oauth_token.js

You need to schedule deployment of the scripts properly in NetSuite.

To schedule a script deployment properly for Planning and Budgeting Sync:

1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

2. Expand the Filters area if the filters are not displayed.

3. From the Script File filter, select the script deployment you want to schedule.

4. For this script deployment, click Deployments.

5. Click Edit next to the script deployment.

6. On the Schedule subtab, do the following:

   • Set the Start Time field to 12:00 am.

   • Set the Repeat field to Every 15 minutes.

7. Click Save.

8. Repeat these steps for each script deployment.
