Roles and Permissions for the SuiteTax Latam Engine

Note:

To access the SuiteTax Latam Engine SuiteApp documentation in other languages, do the following:

Access to the custom records provided by the SuiteTax Latam Engine SuiteApp requires specific permissions.

By default, the Administrator role is granted full permissions to the custom records. If other roles should be able to view, access, or edit the custom records, an administrator can grant permission to the roles.

Be aware that the tax determination process does not rely on permission to access the custom records. A role that creates transactions to which taxes apply does not need any permissions to the custom records. However, the role needs the following lists and setup permissions:
