Matching Records in NetSuite Connector for Outlook
Email addresses in emails and events are matched with corresponding Customer, Contact, and Opportunity records in NetSuite. All email addresses found in the following email fields are included:

CC
The email addresses in the event or email message are compared with the email address associated with the corresponding records in NetSuite for matching.

Match with contact email address. |

Opportunity |
Match with customer or any contact email address in the customer record. |
For events, only an Employee Record can be the Event Organizer. The Event Attendees can be any existing records in NetSuite. Email addresses that do not have a corresponding record are not added as attendees.
