About the Synced Event in NetSuite
When the event is synced to a NetSuite record, only employee records can be used in the Organizer field. If the email address of the event organizer has an employee record in NetSuite, that employee record is used as the Organizer. If the organizer email address does not have an employee record in NetSuite, the add-in will use the employee record in NetSuite of the NetSuite Connector for Outlook user. The rest of the email addresses in the invitee list of the event will be added to the attendees of the event synced in NetSuite.
