Using the Intelligent Close Manager Dashboard Portlet
The Intelligent Close Manager portlet on your Home page provides a centralized view of tasks, KPIs, transaction amounts, and exceptions, including expected activity such as missing transactions. It helps you monitor close progress and take informed action to complete daily tasks.
To use the portlet, you must have the Intelligent Close Manager feature enabled and the Manage Accounting Periods permission at the View or Full level.
Data in the portlet refreshes every hour. The timestamp in the portlet indicates the last time there was a data refresh.
You can filter the portlet by period and subsidiary to view KPIs, tasks, and amounts for specific subsidiaries and accounting periods:

Period filter: Lets you view your Sales and Spend tasks by accounting period. This field defaults to your current accounting period. If your previous accounting period is open or locked, it defaults to that period instead.

Subsidiary filter: Lets you view your Sales and Spend tasks by subsidiary. This field defaults to your parent subsidiary.
After changing the Period or Subsidiary filters, click Update for the portlet data to reflect your selection.
To add the portlet to your Home page:

Go to your Home page.

Click the Personalize link in the upper-right corner of your dashboard, or use the Personalize Dashboard link in the Settings portlet.

On the Standard Content tab, click Intelligent Close Manager. The Intelligent Close Manager portlet will be added to your Home page. You can drag the portlet to the location you'd like it to appear on your Home page.
