Business Rule in Profitability and Cost Management Sync

If you want to use NetSuite to schedule and run a business rule configured in your Profitability and Cost Management, you need to add the business rule in NetSuite. Then, you can set up the business rule as needed.

To add and set up a business rule:

1. In NetSuite, go to NetSuite EPM > Profitability and Cost Management > Manage Jobs.

2. On the Manage Jobs page, do one of the following:

   • In the list of jobs, click Edit next to a business rule of your choice.

   • If you don't see the business rule in the list, click the Add Job button, and follow steps 3 through 6 in Adding a Job in Profitability and Cost Management Sync.

3. Click the Job Parameters subtab.

   Enter the Key and Value of a business rule defined in your Profitability and Cost Management. The field values must match exactly, including uppercase and lowercase letters. Repeat if needed to create a list of parameters.

4. If you want to schedule the business rule, click the Schedule subtab, and follow step 3 in Scheduling a Job in Profitability and Cost Management Sync.

5. Click Save.
