Supply 360
The Supply 360 SuiteApp analyzes component shortages across work orders based on the selected location and date filters. You can also view planned supplies of any shortage component.
You can access the SuiteApp by navigating to Reports > Supply 360 > Supply 360. The SuiteApp opens in the Overview subtab of the Supply 360 page.
To view information in the Overview, Shortages by Work Order, Shortages by Component, and All Components Requirements subtabs:
-
Select a location from the Location filter.
-
Change the suggested dates by selecting an appropriate from and to date in the Date Range field.
By default, the SuiteApp sets a seven-day date range starting from today. For example, if the current date is 5th of July, the From date will be 5th of July and the To date will be 11th of July.
Click the Refresh button to see updated data for your chosen location, date range, and subtab.
Following points are applicable to the Supply 360 SuiteApp:
-
Purchase Order, Transfer Order, Inter Company Transfer Order, Work Order, and Inbound Shipment are eligible supply types if their supply receipt date is greater than or equal to the current date, based on user preferences.
-
Only work orders are considered as demand transactions. The SuiteApp displays work orders whose start date is between the selected date range.
-
Past dated work orders (start date < current date) with back ordered quantity are considered under insufficient supplies, as the SuiteApp does not assign any planned supplies to past dated work orders.
-
For work orders with Planned status, the supply source will be blank.
-
Supplies waiting for approval aren’t counted as potential supplies.
-
Supply is considered for demand only if the supply receipt date (expect receipt date, completion date or expected delivery date) is on or after the start date.
-
The Supply 360 SuiteApp always checks the available item quantity before looking at supplies for that demand.
